Edit fees are only charged for sketches, coloring, etc., that have already been approved by you! This is the case if you approved something (sketch, lineart), but changed your mind later

Factors affecting price:

• Number of colors
• Extra limbs (wings, tails, etc.)
• Complexity of limbs (antlers)
• Complex patterns (wavy patterns, verticle stripes, OMBRES)
• Shipping (for buyers outside the US and/or those requesting express shipping)
• New materials (if the yarn I have doesn’t match the necessary color/size/material)
• Rush fees

Rush fees:
• 2 months: +50%
• 1 month: +75%
• 2 weeks: +150%
* These will not always be available, as I usually have to prioritize school! Feel free to ask :D
* Times listed concern rate of completion and do NOT include the shipping process

Payment

• Major edits (especially to body color) MUST be discussed during pattern making, or an edit fee ($10-50+) will be charged depending on degree of change and how much has to be redone
• Down payment of 50% much be provided before production can start
• Refunds will be provided on projects I cancel, or those that have been canceled while the pattern is being written

Payment + Process

• Only pay once I’ve confirmed your commission!
• The process will begin once full payment has been provided
• Asking for WIPs is totally fine! Please refrain from asking multiple times in a week, as it can be stressful and may make the process take longer :,,,)

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations
• You may cancel at any time during the process!
• I may cancel the commission, but only in serious emergencies that prevent me from drawing for extended periods of time
Refunds
You will be eligible for a refund if:
• A sketch hasn’t been provided 3 months after payment has been sent
• I cancel the commission (you can use any art that’s been completed by then)
You will not receive a refund if:
• You’ve cancelled midway through the drawing process

Misc.

• I may refuse a commission for any reason
• Loose deadlines are fine, especially for events like birthdays! (Keep in mind that a rush fee may be charged depending on the circumstances)
• Updates will be sent periodically, and production will halt until confirmation has been made (i.e. I won’t continue until you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the drawing!)
• My art MUST be properly credited with a link to my Carrd or my social media(s)
• My art may not be used for art AI improvement, nor may AI “enhanced” versions of my work be used in any way
• My art may not be used for commercial purposes without my permission; this includes but is not limited to NFTs, sticker packs, and merch

Designs

• My designs can be traded, sold, or gifted at any time! However, they can only be resold for the amount you paid, or the worth of the character(s) and/or art you traded (personal art counts as well!)
• Species changes/closed species voiding is fine!
• No limit on redesigns as long as the design (new or old) is not used to spread hate or harmful messages

Crochet

• Shipping is free unless the package is being shipped internationally or through express shipping (then shipping must be covered by the buyer)
• If you’re not comfortable sharing your address, I’d highly recommend talking to your local post office, a friend, or trusted establishment to accept the package for you!
• PLEASE don’t rush these, I can’t crochet for long periods of time due to a risk of carpal tunnel 😭😭
